The South Florida Everglades is truly a sight to see. From the organic beauty of the plants to the animals you can only see here. Of course, the American Alligator is the star of the show. There is so much more to see when exploring the Everglades. There is no better mode of transportation than an Airboat.

Airboating in the Everglades is completely safe and does no lasting damage to the environment. The boats are lightweight aluminum, powered by a large propeller to glide you over water and native brush. While traveling over the water, you can look around and see many creatures. Birds you may have never known existed, like our local water bird, the Purple Gallinule. Fish you see moving through the stems of the different Water Lilies. The boats can get relatively close to Alligators and their young. You watch them swim up to investigate, making their way around the boat. You don’t have to worry, the Captain will keep you safe!
