A volume slab is a minimum order quantity for one panel type in one order. The whole quantity is billed at the slab it reaches, so 2,000 sqm is billed entirely at the 1,500 sqm rate. On that date the 750 sqm trial slab was offered only on the 0.5 / 0.3 mm version.
For comparison, a 50 mm wall panel on the same day was ₹ 1,284 per sqm with 0.5 / 0.5 mm sheets and ₹ 1,007 per sqm with 0.3 / 0.3 mm sheets, at the 3,000 sqm slab.

TCT is total coated thickness: the steel plus its metallic and paint coatings. A 0.5 mm TCT sheet is thicker and heavier than a 0.3 mm one.
Chargeable width is the width the sqm is measured on. A 50 mm roof panel covers 1.00 m of roof across its width, so one panel 9 m long bills as 9 sqm.
Core density of 40 kg/m³ is the weight of the foam per cubic metre. It is the same across every thickness in the range.
Which sheet for a 50 mm roof: 0.5 / 0.3 or 0.3 / 0.3
The top sheet is the weather face of the roof. The bottom sheet is the ceiling face seen from inside. The two versions differ only in the top sheet, 0.5 mm or 0.3 mm, and on 23 Sep 2026 that difference was ₹ 163 per sqm at the 3,000 sqm slab.
The project's own specification decides between them. Two practical points follow from the price table of 23 Sep 2026. A first order below 1,500 sqm was possible only on the 0.5 / 0.3 mm version, through its trial slab. And the 0.3 / 0.3 mm version started at 1,500 sqm of that one panel in a single order.

The rate is ex-factory Kathua: the panel, cut to the buyer's lengths, packed and loaded on the truck at the factory gate, with no handling charge, location premium or salesperson adjustment. GST is extra. Freight is extra and charged per truck, on actuals.
Panels are made to order, cut to one buyer's lengths, so full payment books the production slot. Each panel type shows an earliest production date, which is a planned start, not a delivery promise.
