Veneers are thin shells, placed over the front of teeth to improve their appearance, to correct chips or minor cracks, or to correct spacing. These personalized caps are made from two materials: porcelain and a resin composite. The former is created in off-site laboratories, whereas the latter can be created chairside and applied in a single appointment.
