How does Offset printing work?

During the blanket to steel process, the paper is inserted between a blanket of colours and a steel bar that presses the printing material onto the paper.

Blanket Blanket method
The blanket to the Blanket method, as is given off by the name, has two sheets of blanket on both sides of the paper or whichever material that you need a print on. In this method, both sheets are printed simultaneously and you don’t have to go through the difficulty of taking the paper out and inserting it from the blank side. There are colour and water rollers that use the needed colour to print on the reel of paper that has been fed to it.

Dry offset printing method In this method, instead of the printing colour being transferred directly to the material, it is first transferred to a rubber blanket which later on outs the printing colour onto the material.

Keyless offset printing
