Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a long-term illness that affects many bodily systems. Individuals suffering from CFS are unable to perform their daily activities. On occasion, they may be kept in bed. Excessive tiredness is a common symptom in CFS patients. It is not relieved by rest and is not caused by any other medical conditions. Other symptoms that may be present include pain, dizziness, and difficulty thinking or concentrating.
