Stay Safe: Park Security
We don’t see our backyard as a source of danger, but there are more surprising dangers than the obvious dangers of pools and sunburns. Make your garden a place to relax with confidence with our safety tips!
Avoid bites, stings and cuts
Treat any garden injury immediately, no matter how small. Prevent them by wearing closed-toe shoes and clothing when working in the garden, and preferably sunglasses or goggles to protect your eyes. Make sure your tetanus is over before you start gardening, and if you cut yourself, clean and cover the cut as soon as possible. To avoid bites, keep your garden as clean as possible – spiders and snakes like piles of debris or even old leaves. If you are bitten, see a doctor immediately. Tell health workers as clearly as possible if you need anti-venom.
Take care of your plants
Make sure all your trees are checked regularly for dead trees or loose branches. In the case of large trees, they are always inspected by a professional and if branches need to be removed, or trees need to be cut down, for your own safety, please have a professional do this (get at least three minus – the price can. different) KN95 mask black. Keep trees away from power lines. Chemicals are dangerous
Chemicals like pesticides and herbicides can be very dangerous. Please do not leave them on the shelf in the shed, keep them out of the reach of children, and store in the original, properly labeled packaging. Use them only as directed and on a cool, windless day – you don’t want to accidentally blow your plants instead of mowing – and wear goggles, a mask and protective clothing. Keep children and pets indoors while you spray and remove them from the area you recently sprayed. Fertilizer and organic matter
Many fertilizers and nutrients can be toxic or contain dangerous bacteria, so handle them carefully. Use gloves and a respirator when applying them, and shower and wash your clothes afterward. Take the same care when applying mulches or using soil or soil for planting.
Weed and fuel collectors
Lawnmowers, mowers and other similar tools should be used with care. Always wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, sunglasses and hearing protection and keep children and dogs indoors – a split toe or tail can happen quickly. Have an electrician install a circuit breaker so that if you accidentally cut a wire, the electricity will be cut off so you don’t get burned. Be careful with fuel. Keep it out of reach of children and sources of heat or fire. Never smoke near gasoline and know that even a small amount of electricity can start a fire.
Application
Don’t store tools and toys in one area. Many garden tools are sharp and heavy, and can injure a child. For adults, always use garden tools with care and never leave them lying around. In cartoons, a character standing at the end of a rake and punching in the face is funny, but in real life, it hurts a lot!
Pool safety
At least once a year, check your pool fence and gate. Are they still strong and loyal? Does the childproof door close and lock automatically? Is your alarm clock still clear and understandable? Remove anything that could be used to make the fence taller, such as chairs and plants. Plants that grow in or near the pool garden can cause it to be healthy – do not grow them there or keep them trimmed to avoid this. Don’t be put off by the idea of safety if you don’t have children of your own – small children can be very dangerous and by protecting your pool you are not only protecting the children who visit, but also the children in your area.
