I am happy that Qatar will host the Football World Cup the first Middle Eastern country to host the event. Football unites the world, everybody likes football. Football world cup: Qatar drops required COVID-19 vaccination situation to increase fan footfall
Supreme Committee for Projects and Legacy of Qatar said in a statement on its official account on Twitter that those wishing to attend the Qatar Football World Cup should review the health processes issued by the Qatari Department of Health, at the end of August.
The committee said that ingoing the country to attend the Football World Cup events would not require vaccination against the pandemic but rather needs submitting a PCR test, no additional than two days before the arrival date.
The arrivals can submit an authorized certificate stating that a quick test (negative result) was conducted, a maximum of 24 hours before the travel date.
The concerned establishments will not recognize the home test, and children under the age of 6 are accepted from the test.
