Pine Tree Hill is a community located in a quiet residential area near natural greenery. It is also close to the well-known Sunset Way with a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. It is also a short drive to Clementi Mall, Grantral Mall @ Clementi and Changi Airport. For residents who prefer to take public transportation, the development is a 10-minute drive from Clementi MRT Station and Bukit Batok MRT Station.
