Ducati Panigale V4
The new Ducati Panigale V4 is the most advanced superbike ever made by Ducati. The 799 Panigale went on sale worldwide in January 2017. The bike has all of Ducati’s technological tricks, including a higher flywheel mass and the ability to disable ABS to improve the rider experience.
It was quite important for us to go this way because we know that people want to take their own decisions how they want to ride their bike said Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding.
A version without ABS will also be available for markets where riders are not legally allowed to disable the system.
The production model features an updated engine which now produces 215 horsepower at 13,000 rpm. Peak torque is increased by 5 Nm to 153 Nm at 10,000 rpm.
Ducati claims the motorcycle weighs 187 kg (dry weight) or 196 kg (wet weight). The bike comes standard with lightweight forged aluminum Marchesini wheels and carbon-ceramic brakes from Brembo; as well as Öhlins suspension front and rear.
The bike also comes equipped with Bosch cornering ABS, which improves safety during emergency braking maneuvers under constant deceleration up to 100 km/h (62 mph). For more Bikes & Cars details Check Autox and Follow us on Social Media.
