Trevor Burgess had heard about them from a colleague at another law firm. “I’d always had it in my mind to have a look at it,” he says. “I’m responsible for all of our IT here, so I’m always looking for ways to make things more efficient for the company for myself.”
This is a good motivation for other law firms to follow the same course.
