I recently explored Thailand through a travel package that covered everything from busy Bangkok streets to peaceful Phi Phi Island. In this blog, I share my personal experience, including what to expect, things to do, food to try, and tips for a safe and fun trip.

My Thailand Tour Package Experience

Starting the Thailand Tour

Thailand had always been on my list, and finally, I got the chance to explore it. I chose a tour package that included a perfect mix of city, nature, and fun activities. I booked the Thailand tour package through Vimanam DMC, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions for my travel.

The package options were:

I went for the 5-day tour first, and later explored the 7-day package with friends.

Pattaya: The Fun Begins

Coral Island Tour

We started early in the morning. A speed boat took us to Coral Island. The water was clear and calm. I tried parasailing and snorkeling for the first time. It felt like floating in another world. We had some seafood and coconut water from beach stalls.

Always wear a life jacket. Some local vendors tried charging double for the rides, so it’s better to check rates before agreeing.

Tiger Topia

This place was thrilling. I fed a tiger and took a close-up photo — all under expert guidance. The staff was strict about safety. I felt nervous but safe.

Note: Go in the morning. Tigers are calmer and the area is less crowded.

Alcazar Show

At night, we saw the Alcazar show. The music, costumes, and dance were grand. It was fun and lively — a good way to end the day.

Bangkok: Culture and City Life

Bangkok City Tour

We visited temples like Wat Pho and the Golden Buddha. The history behind them was deep and interesting. Then we walked the streets of Bangkok — full of smells, colors, and flavors.

I tried mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream. It was hot, but the food made it worth it.

Travel Tip: Beware of tuk-tuk drivers offering free tours. They may take you to shops and push you to buy things.

Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise

This was a highlight of the trip. A relaxing boat ride at night with Indian buffet and beautiful views. We saw the lit-up temples from the water.

Important: Be at the dock early. The cruise leaves on time.

Safari World & Marine Park

This day was packed. We saw lions, giraffes, dolphins, and more. It felt like being in a movie. There were shows, photo spots, and lunch included.

Warning: Don’t feed or touch animals unless told. It’s for your own safety.

Phuket and Krabi: Nature at Its Best

Phi Phi Island Tour

This was one of the best experiences. We took a boat to Phi Phi. The view was stunning. Snorkeling in the clear water and walking on the beach made it magical.

Pro Tip: Carry sunscreen and drink water. Avoid touching corals. Some sellers near the beach charged more for gear — better to rent it from trusted vendors.

Krabi 4 Island Tour

We hopped between islands on a longtail boat. Each island had something special — cliffs, beaches, and quiet spots. The sea was calm, and the air was fresh.

Food to Try

Thailand is a food paradise. Some of the dishes that stayed with me:

  • Pad Thai (stir-fried noodles)
  • Tom Yum soup (hot and sour)
  • Fresh seafood at Coral Island
  • Sticky rice with mango
  • Indian food on the cruise

Safety and Smart Travel

Thailand is safe for tourists, but like anywhere, stay alert:

  • Don’t fall for extremely cheap ride offers
  • Avoid street vendors selling branded items
  • Always keep hotel address written with you
  • Book tours with known agencies

Final Thoughts

This Thailand tour package was full of fun, peace, and memories. From beaches to temples, cruises to wildlife parks — it had everything. It’s perfect for anyone who wants both adventure and relaxation. I’d do it all over again.

For anyone planning a trip, I highly suggest exploring different packages. Whether you want a quick trip or a full week of exploring, there’s something for everyone.
