My Desert Safari in Dubai
Desert Safari Dubai has been mentioned to me since my vacation to Dubai. Many folks recommended doing this on the weekend. My first two weeks (and weekends) were spent settling in, researching project specifics (naturally, this was a priority), and getting acclimated to the routine. So I spent the first two weekends settling in and defining the project scope, limits, and documentation in the hotel room.
Everything about the project was evident by the first week of December, and I was ready to go out and enjoy myself. I decided to take advantage of the earliest available chance; this weekend was three days long. On the first day, I relaxed. The following morning, I called the travel agency and reserved a safari seat. I couldn’t wait until the afternoon since the Safari was supposed to start at 4 p.m. The driver called about 2.45 p.m., significantly early than the predicted time of 3.30 p.m. The driver was a typical Arabian guy, 6 feet tall, dressed in traditional Arabic garb, and waiting below in his enormous plushy Landcruiser. Looking at the car, it would be the friendliest traveling experience I’ve ever had.
We began our voyage after completing the “introduction ceremony.” In the meanwhile, four additional people joined us on the trip. As the first to be picked up, I snatched the front seat in the Landcruiser, which turned out to be the most fantastic spot in Safari. With the front seat, you have a great perspective of the desert ahead of you and the finest opportunity to film video and photos of other automobiles in “cafila.” You may also quickly interact with drivers to learn more whenever necessary.
I began pestering Mohammed with questions: “What are our plans? What is the location’s name?” If the situation called for it, Mohammed could speak adequate English. The location we were visiting was called Al Awir. The open desert begins 30 kilometers from Dubai and extends its limits up to remote portions of the UAE and into OMAN.
The base camp of Desert Safari Dubai
After a half-hour drive on the highway, we arrived at our destination. This tour organizer took a 10-minute pause at base camp, where about ten land cruisers gathered to begin the real DESERT RIDE. To deal with the softness of the sand, automobile tire pressure was decreased.
Dune Bashing:
The Landcruiser began traveling through the desert, encountering enormous resistance due to the softness of the sand. With its power, the gigantic machine quickly gained high speed, and we were riding on desert sands up and down, on tiny and large waves, diving deep from the tops of the waves, and ascending small sandhills. It was a delightful experience, with a dash of excitement thrown in for good measure. The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t drive the machine myself!
For those who wish to visit, The Desert Safari Ride Team is convinced that you will depart with many memories that you will cherish for the rest of your life and continue to serve and produce exceptional service in all sizes and shapes for your most pleasing recollections in Dubai.
barbecue in the middle of Dubai Desert Safari:
After an hour, Arabian-style grilled chicken and beef kebab were served, and some Indian vegetarian fare. I was amazed to see Indian food predominate over Western and Arabian meals. Rajma Rice and Dal were also offered!!
Other Activities in the Camp:
Half an hour had gone, people were resting after dinner, and the entrance of the belly dancer was announced. In a flash, almost before anyone realized what was going on, the belly dancer appeared on stage wearing a brilliant red Arabian belly costume, and she took the step by storm.
After assaulting the stage uninterrupted for about 20 minutes, the belly dancer vanished in the same way she had arrived, in a flash.
