According to a recent survey, nearly 25% of all cases decided by the Supreme Court were related to land or property disputes. The Government of Karnataka collaborated with the Central Government and launched this online portal for the citizens to offer easy access to their land records. This way, it was easier to keep track of all the necessary documents and get rid of land-related issues as well. 

The aim was to make the process transparent and easily accessible for citizens, who can use these documents for a variety of purposes, like availing a home loan.

Services provided by Bhoomi

One can easily visit the site of Bhoomi Parihara online and obtain the necessary documents. There are a number of services provided by this online portal; these include –

  • RTC information

  • Mutation status

  • Citizen login

  • Mutation register

  • Register of dispute cases

  • Tippan

  • Revenue Maps

  • i-RTC (Record or Rights, Tenancy, and Crops)

  • XML verification, etc.
