Is anyone preparing for the civil services examination?
Yes, I am currently working towards CSE 2020. I am a committed aspirant to taking the UPSC exam. In June of 2018 I made the decision to begin the process of preparing.
I was forced to go through an emotional crisis. This brought me to taking antidepressants and anger management. There was a family problem and I was diagnosed with depression. The situation continued to deteriorate until January 2017 when I finally was able to control it. At this point I’d made the decision to solely focus on my professional career and my plans for 2018 and to make my dreams become a reality. This experience provided me with a clear feeling of direction.
- But I was not a part of any class coaching. I am in the process of preparing to take the UPSC myself and place a lot of importance to the test series of EDEN IAS
- I thought it would be helpful to give few suggestions for the preparation that I think is the crucial.
- 1. I regularly read THE HINDU My attention is more on the newspaper rather and not on reading books. Newspapers play a crucial aspect of my communication and vocabulary.

. I read a lot of all the bestselling books on general and prelims studies that are necessary for the UPSC exam. I also read online web materials and magazines, monthly OF EDEN IAS
5:I concentrate on the internet. No more librarians, classroom coaches or teachers to answer questions. The books may have a lower level of accuracy and are not updated as frequently as websites, so they aren’t an accurate source for information all the time. However the internet is likely to have a larger role to play in my online work and also write notes using websites.
6. Writing essays is the most commonly taken for granted part of civil service preparation. I’ve started to improve my essay writing abilities. I think that essay writing is among the best strategies to improve the English writing ability and understanding of any subject.
7:- In December 2017 I started working on my elective course as PSIR. The syllabus for PSIR is connected to GS 2.

Following September 2017, I took more than 21 online tests in the series of EDEN IAS as well as the online test, insight mock test as well as previous years tests, but unfortunately each test I did not score over 78 marks, and even in my first test , I scored only 46 marks because of lack of study and personal tears. Yet I’m constantly seeking ways to improve myself. Always make objectives to enhance my studying routines. I was focused on planning, various study strategies and techniques. After a lot of trial and error, I discovered the right balance.
