Indomitable Creativity – A Powerful Combo Deck
Indomitable Creativity – A Powerful Combo Deck
Despite being banned from the tournament circuit for cheating out Velomachus Lorehold, Indomitable Creativity is making a comeback. This list combines the power of a full-fledged combo deck with a little redundancy to help you win your match. Using a card name reminiscent of Splinter Twin, you can shuffle your cards back into your deck after you land a Creativity, allowing you to continue your attack with the Wurm or the Six.
Creativity is a big card. It has a small mana cost and can be used to find and interact with other spells on the stack. This can help with both sideboarding and early bleeding. For instance, it can find and interact with cards such as Thought Scour and Making a Treasure, which you can then use to cast Creativity. This card also functions as a cantrip.
One of the most powerful cards in Magic the Gathering is the Teferi, Time Raveler. It is a must-have in any Modern control deck, but it is especially important in Indomitable Creativity. The card’s minus ability is a good counterspell for Emrakul and Velomachus, and its plus ability lets you cast Creativity immediately. In conjunction with Teferi’s other capabilities, this card provides some of the best ways to win a Magic tournament.
One of the best ways to counter a spell is by tapping it. This is especially important in Indomitable Creativity, as cards like Fire Prophecy and Lightning Bolt can save you from life loss. In addition, the card has the potential to draw you more cards. While it may be a little more difficult to cast, it’s not a bad choice in this situation.
The Prismari Command is a good spell in the Indomitable Creativity deck, as it can accelerate you toward your combo while filtering two cards. It can also destroy Ensnaring Bridge, an otherwise impossible feat with only one removal spell. This card is also a little bit better with Wrenn, allowing you to pick up discarded lands, which you can then use to accelerate your combo.
The Locust God is another great card. It can create a token, which you can use to attack your opponent, or set up another Creativity. This card is especially good against Grixis Shadow. It’s also worth considering adding in Transmogrify to make the best use of its power.
The Worldspine Wurm is a beast of a creature. It has big stats, a trample, and can eat most of your opponent’s creatures. It has also been known to hit the small Creativity you might be casting. It’s not the most powerful card in the deck, but it’s definitely a good one.
The Teferi, Time Raveler is a great card, especially in Indomitable Creativity. While its plus and minus abilities are good, its main benefit is its speed, which is what you want to achieve with a combo deck. It is also a good counterspell, as it helps to clear out Blood Moon, Alpine Moon, and other counterspells that your opponent might have targeted with your Creativity.
