How to Write a Mission Statement in 4 Easy Steps
We decided to build a new mission statement for our brand, Pandora’s Box.
I went through a few websites to get a framework or template for the same and took the best from them to create a step-by-step process for creating one.
Let me share how I wrote a mission statement for Pandora’s Box.
What is a mission statement?
It’s an expression that shares your company’s purpose (why do you exist?) with internal and external stakeholders.
Why is a mission statement important?
A good mission statement unifies the organization.

We’re not looking for a technical description here. Instead, we’re searching for a sentence that incorporates your core values.

After completing this step, you should stop and see whether there’s an association between your core values and your products/services.

- Add why your company does what it does

- Clear and Simple:
It should be easy to understand, and there should be no room for misinterpretation.
