The second most popular popping are pieces of multicoloured marmalade with different flavours. Boba tea in combination with syrup, marmalade, fruit balls is a real delicacy for gourmets. You can enjoy the taste of an unusual drink at home if you purchase the necessary ingredients. For serving you will need tall glasses and paper straws for the bubble tea.
Ingredients:
– milk – 200 ml;
– tapioca balls – 100 grams;
– brown sugar – 40 g;
– black or green tea – 200 ml;
– vanilla sugar – 1 sachet;
– ice cubes.
Preparation:
– Pour water over the balls, bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Wait until the balls are sufficiently transparent and soft. Cooking time is indicated on the package.
– Cool the finished bubbles.
– Brew tea, add milk, vanillin and sugar. Stir, chill.
– Pour tea into glasses, add tapioca and ice cubes to taste.
Fruit and citrus Bubble tea
This cocktail will appeal to supporters of vegetarian cuisine.
Ingredients:
– chilled green tea – 300 ml;
– peach syrup – 100 milliliters;
– 100 g of orange jelly;
– crushed ice.
Cut the jelly sweets into small cubes, arrange in glasses. Place the ice in a shaker, pour over the chilled tea and syrup, shake well. Pour the mixture over the orange jelly pieces. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Instead of jelly, you can add boba pearls in different flavours: banana, mango, strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry, peach, cherry, watermelon, kiwi, blueberry, melon, etc.
