How to Get and Use Water Stone in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet?
The Water Stone is a valuable evolution item, and it returns in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet with the ability to evolve two Pokemon. The Water Stone won’t be easy to locate, but it can become easier as you progress further in the game. Here’s what you need to know about how to get and use Water Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.
How to Get Water Stone in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet?
Let’s discuss in detail all the locations where players can find Water Stone in Pokemon SV:
1. Delibird Presents
The easiest way to get Waterstone is to buy it from Delibird Presents in significant cities for 3,000 Pokedollars. There are four Delibird Presents locations in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. They can be found in these cities:
• Cascarrafa
• Mesagoza East and West
• Levincia
Remember that Delibird Presents will only begin to stock evolution stones after you have defeated three gym leaders in Paldea, so make sure you’ve hit that milestone first.
2. Open world of Paldea
The second way to get Water Stones in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet is by finding them out in the open world of Paldea.
To find a Water Stone, check coastal areas such as East Province Area Two near the port city of Levincia. This city is home to Paldea’s electric-type gym leader, and you will most likely visit there early in your adventure.
Another easy place to find Water Stones is the city of Cascarrafa, home of Paldea’s water-type gym leader. Water Stones can be found in the area surrounding the city, especially by the river. Some players have also reported Water Stones commonly spawning in the area behind the town’s gym.
3. Reward from Professor Jacq
In Pokemon SV, players can also get Water Stones as a reward from Professor Jacq. He is in charge of the Biology Lab and will reward players with Water Stone if they have caught 8 Pokemon. Thus once you have caught 8 of them, go to Professor Jacq, and get Water Stones.
