Onions

Method
- Soak black chickpeas overnight in the water
- Boil chickpeas for 45mins on a low flame
- Strain the water and let it cool down
- Chop onions and cucumber and mix them with black chickpeas
- Add salt, roasted cumin powder, and lemon juice. Mix it well
- Serve as an appetizer, snack, or breakfast
