Free Machine Embroidery Designs. Applique bow tie in the “thread” velveteen technique

Below is another design for embroidery digitizing, laid out by me for free download. This is a butterfly made using applique technique with the addition of embellishments with “thread” velveteen.

The original drawing was taken by me in open sources on the Internet. This design may only be used for personal purposes. Publishing on the Internet is allowed only with a link to my site.

The design is saved in * .dst format. To save in any other format, you can use any converter, links to free download of which are in the post about the comparison of converters.

Design size: 10.2x15cm

Number of stitches: 16288

Number of colors: 4

The order of changing colors and the sequence of actions:

  • Fufu’s Polyester 755. Marker stitching showing where to put the fabric for appliqué.
  • Fufu’s Polyester 755. Overcast zigzag. After that, the application fabric is trimmed.
  • Fufu’s Polyester 755. Finished satin covering the cut of the applique.
  • Fufu’s Rayon 13 (melange thread)
  • Fufu’s Polyester 800
  • Fufu’s Polyester 900

Fabric recommendation: It is best to choose a stable, non-stretch fabric and choose a good stabilizer for it.
