Experience The Human Element
The ultimate goal of the human element is to maximize individual, team, and organizational potential. Using an integrated/multidisciplinary process, the Human Element helps organizations transform their cultures into ones where employees are open, collaborative, and trust one another while taking ownership of their work.
The first step in this approach is to focus on increasing individual self-awareness, as this is a key to productivity. When individuals are self-aware, they can accept themselves and their results. This makes them more able to be open and honest in their communication, which ultimately leads them to be increasingly more productive.
The next step in this approach is to focus on problem-solving in the realm of human relations, as these are the key problems in any organization. Since organizational productivity is really a function of how well individuals can effectively work together as a team/as a united organization, the Human Element approach solves the problems that prevent employees from getting together to create a trust-based culture that thrives a culture where individuals and teams are more collaborative and accountable in the organization.
This fundamental and comprehensive program increases Leaders’ effectiveness by helping them gain a deeper understanding of the SELF and what structures behavior and motivation.
Part 1: Cornerstone
This program takes participants on a journey to discover the different aspects of the “Self”, which are keys to understanding behavior and basic human interactions. In this process, participants learn about themselves to a degree of clarity may never have experienced before. They will come out with a deeper understanding of how they operate, what their motivations are, and what causes them distress, translating into dealing with others more effectively. This maximized organizational productivity is achieved through the careful implementation of scientifically validated psychometric instruments combined with a multimodal experiential learning methodology.
Program Outcomes

- They understand their behavior and where it comes from; learn what affects their productivity and how they can increase it, and translate this knowledge into relating more effectively with others.
- They train/practice with the two most critical tools for continuously increasing personal and interpersonal effectiveness, feedback and reflection.
Communicate openly:
- They learn that communicating their honest opinions directly leads to faster and more profound problem-solving.
- They develop high-level listening skills and become more effective in their communication by asking better questions that are aimed at getting more information rather than blaming people.
Take Ownership:
- They learn to what degree they choose the lives they live (consciously and unconsciously) and the reason why they do so.
- They become more personally accountable and refrain more and more from blaming others.
Change Behaviors:
- They become aware of their self-limitations and get rid of them.
- They understand the impact of past experiences on current behavior, and, knowing this, shift their perspective to a more objective analysis of the situations and make better decisions.
Part 2: Organizational Solutions
Organizations generally reach their fullest potential and get optimal results only when they create environments/cultures that make employees feel safe and that they can be open, question, and take risks. In the Human Element program, participants will learn this as well as such topics as going beyond compatibility, team dynamics, what makes communication difficult, and decision-making.
By empowering employees with these insights and tools, the organization positions them to act more independently, take ownership of their roles and offer their own solutions for larger organizational problems.
These organizational solutions for problem-solving and decision-making are achieved through the use of scientifically validated psychometric instruments, facilitated instruction, and experiential learning. This simple framework offers organizations a simple and effective way of dealing with the interpersonal issues that have been getting in the way of achieving important organizational goals.
