Disney’s Stitch Store Has Become a Disney Fan Favorite
You can’t help but be charmed by the cute little alien who stole everyone’s hearts in Lilo & Stitch. If you’re looking for a special souvenir or gift to commemorate your trip to Disney World, you’ll find plenty of Stitch merchandise throughout the parks and resorts. If you’re lucky, you might even run into the character himself during your next visit.
You may be familiar with the Stitch store, which is an online service that allows you to pick out clothing and accessories based on your personal style. The site has a survey that asks for details like your favorite colors, prints and fabrics and if you have any things you’d avoid. Then, a stylist will create a box of items called a Fix that arrives on your doorstep at the frequency you select (it’s not a subscription). Stitch now carries women’s sizes 0-24W and XS-3X as well as petites and maternity options. They also have men’s and kids’ clothing.
Customers can choose to keep all or some of the clothes in their Fix and provide feedback about what they liked or didn’t like so that the stylists can get better at picking out clothing for them. This information is invaluable to brands as well because it gives them valuable insight into their products, such as if they’re too big or small, not flattering on certain body types or just don’t work for an individual customer. As a result, companies have been able to make changes to their designs based on this feedback.
