"We are working closely with management to minimize the continuity of the company\'s operations and the impact on our daily business activities," it added in a Wednesday filing with the Australian Stock Exchange.

Paul Arbuckle was set to step down as the company\'s chief executive Tuesday (Aug. 4), according to a July 31 filing by the group. The company confirmed his resignation in a recent filing.

Donaco had said in early June that outgoing CEO Aberkle would remain in place on a "monthly basis" after his originally planned departure in June to help the company make a "smooth transition" to a new CEO.

Donaco operates casino hotel properties in Indochina: the Star Vegas resort and club in poifet, on the Thai-Cambodian border, and the Aristo International Hotel (file photo) in Laoqai, on the Vietnamese-Chinese border, and related casinos.

On Monday, the company said that when Donaco bought Cambodia\'s border casino for US$360 million in 2015, a person previously identified as one of Star Vegas Resorts & Club\'s Thai suppliers joined Donaco\'s board as a non-executive director. Lieburg Huey had previously sued Donaco Group along with others on the supplier\'s side.
