Can anyone do the Hajj?
Our travel agency has the best Hajj packages. Here is an article about whether or not anyone can go on the Hajj. Muslims must make the pilgrimage at least once in their lives, according to their faith. The only people who don’t have to go are those who are too sick or poor to make the trip.
Muslims from all over the world take part in the Hajj, which makes it one of the largest annual gatherings in the world. We’ve talked about some of the times when you don’t have to do hajj.
1. Pilgrimage is not required of people who are still young, even if they are close to becoming adults. A pilgrimage made by a child will not be considered Hajj Atul Islam, even if it is done right.
2. A crazy person doesn’t have to go on pilgrimage, even if they go crazy from time to time. They must make the trip, though, if they get better during the pilgrimage season, have enough money, and are able to perform the rituals. Even if they are still crazy during the other times. But if they know that crazy times happen on pilgrimage days, they should name a man as soon as possible.
3. There must be enough time to get to Makkah and stay there for the amount of time needed. In other words, you don’t have to go on a pilgrimage even if you can afford to if you don’t have the time to go, stay, and do the necessary things. Even if there wasn’t enough time, this should still be the case, but it means getting past a lot of problems.
4. If a person can’t go to the holy sites because they are sick, old, or can’t stay for the right amount of time because it is too hot. There’s no reason for them to go on a personal pilgrimage. But they have to send out an agent to do the job for him.
5. The pilgrim’s path to the Miqat must be clear and safe, with nothing in the way and no danger to his life, property, or honour. In any other case, you don’t have to go on a pilgrimage.
6. There must be enough money to pay for food, drinks, and other needs during the trip. There must be enough money for the return trip, including transportation. The amount needed would depend on how much money the pilgrim had.
7. If someone has assets they can’t sell at fair market value because they can’t find a buyer, they may have to put off pilgrimage until they can. They don’t have to sell it as soon as possible. It is not okay to put off a pilgrimage if, for example, the costs have already gone up in the year they got enough money to go, and they may go up even more the next year.
8. If a person has to make a trip but can’t because of illness, old age, a disability, or something else, they can get a pass. Or if doing it would give him too much trouble. Besides the fact that there is no way he could do it without hurting himself. He must ask someone else to do it for him.
9. Even if a person has a home and can live in another home, such as a waqf property, without too much trouble, that is enough for their needs. They have to sell their home and use the money to pay for the pilgrimage, even if they need to get more money from other sources. This rule also applies to ways of learning and living in general.
