Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the flagship whiskey of the Buffalo Trace Distillery. Only whiskeys aged 8-1 2 years have the grade for selection. That’s twice as old as most bourbon. It is handcrafted using the original bourbon recipe of wheat, rye and barley. Each spirit “enters into a marriage” with30-40 more barrels to ensure consistency, without losing quality. Ancient buffalo carved paths through the wilderness that led American pioneers and explorers to new frontiers. Made from the finest corn, rye and barley malt, this whiskey ages in new oak barrels for years in century old warehouses until the peak of maturity. The taste is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate.
