BOTSIFY SIGN UP PROCESS
First of all, go to the Botsify website https://botsify.com/ and click on “Start Free Trial” to take advantage of their free trial option or simply sign up for a paid plan. (screenshot above). We will go for the Free Trial.
After clicking on “Sign Up,” you will be taken to this page where you will be required to enter your informations. Once completed, click on “Start 14-day trial.” (screenshot above).
After you will have to verify your Email address. Go to your email address you have sign up with and look for the verification email, and click on the link.
After reaching this screen, you will be asked to enter your credit card details in order to start using Botsify. Just do that and click on “Start 14 Days Free Trial”. However, rest assured that you won’t be charged until 14 days have passed if you opted for the free trial option.
After clicking on “Start 14-Day Free Trial,” you will be taken to this screen, where you can choose your plan (as seen in the screenshot above). Regardless of which one you select, you can begin your free trial by simply clicking on “Start Free 14-day Trial.”
After clicking on “Start Free Trial,” you will come to the page where you can choose to start building your first chatbot. The page displays all the different categories of chatbots available within Botsify that you can create. However, in order to get familiar with the platform and its options, we will click on “Go To Home” and explore the platform.

BOTSIFY WEBSITE INTEGRATION OPTION
Hover again to the “Publish” option on the left, and click after on the “Website Logo” .
After clicking on the “Website Logo” an extra screen will open there you will find the option “Publish Bot” click on it (screenshot above).
After clicking on “Publish Bot” you will be taking to the page above as shown in the screenshot above. Where you will find all kinds of options to publish your AI chatbot on your website. We will click on the “Install Code Yourself” option to use this small JavaScript code to publish our chatbot on our website later.

BOTSIFY FLOW CREATION OPTION
If you want to begin creating your first flow, simply hover at the top of the page where you will find an option to create it. Then click on “Create Your First Flow” as shown in the screenshot above and get started!

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN BOTSIFY
To cancel your subscription with Botsify, simply hover over the top right corner and click on the icon indicating a person to access your profile. A small screen will then open where you can find the billing option as shown in the screenshot above – just click on it.
After clicking on the “Billing” option you will come to this screen as shown in the screenshot above. There you will find the “Cancel Plan” option. Just click on it and follow the steps to cancel your plan.
