If the Kendra sthaan or quadrant houses are occupied by the benefic planets like Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Moon then the native get required sustenance in life. However, it is important to see their strength through their degrees, digbala and placement in inimical or friendly signs. It is considered good to have benefic planets in the central houses.
Jupiter in the ascendant- A strong Jupiter in the ascendant is known to remove 100,000 doshas of the kundli. This is highly benefic and with its aspects at the laxmi sthaan, the native grows constantly in life.
The 5th and 9th houses are known as the laxmi sthaan in Astrology. Laxmi is the goddess of wealth and brings prosperity and wealth to a native’s life. Hence, the placement of benefic planets in these houses brings good luck to the native.
The 9th house- the House of Fortune, if the 9th house is under the influence of benefic planets, the native is extremely lucky in life. it is good to have an influence of Jupiter, Venus, Mercury and Moon here. However, these planets may cause other afflictions but as far as luck is concerned they bring good results.
The placement of the 5th Lord in the ninth house and vice versa is extremely auspicious. Similarly, the placement of a Kendra Lord in the trine house and vice versa is extremely auspicious. Such placement or interchange brings lots of success and prosperity in a native’s life. It is called a Rajyoga in Vedic astrology.
The 2nd and 11th house- The 2nd and 11th houses are the house of gains. Benefic and malefic all kinds of planets are considered good in the 11th house. Known as the upachaya sthaan it is known to improve with time and native’s efforts over a period of time. The 11th house is a house of fulfillment of desires and the planets placed here fulfil the wish of the native with its Lordship and natural significations.
The 2nd house is however a maraka bhava/house and cause bed health during its dasha but at the same time brings wealth to the native. You might have seen big business tycoons or ultra rich people suffering from bad health, this is due to the activation of a strong 2nd house. There are hardly very few people enjoying riches and good health at the same time.
A connection between the 2nd and 11th house makes the person born in already affluent family and with this combination the native earns great wealth with his/her efforts over a period of time.
The ascendant Lord if present in the first, second, fourth, fifth, seventh, ninth, tenth and eleventh houses.
The ascendant lord either in conjunction or being in aspect of a benefic planet but that benefic should not be the lord of a bad house.
Now, the 6th, 8th and 12th houses are not considered good for getting fortunate. However, their relations with auspicious house lords may cause somewhat auspiciousness. They may give wealth too but only through sudden and challenging means. You have to struggle more to gain wealth with their influence on the wealth earning houses of the kundli.
