The interview process at Trilogy Innovations is a full procedure of a total of 5 rounds. Each round is perfectly designed to test an applicant’s knowledge in all areas.

 Not only that, the rounds test your coding and programming skills, your theoretical knowledge regarding data structures and algorithms, and your attitude toward the problems imposed upon you.

The first round in the interview process is the coding round. This round entails solving coding problems within a given timeframe. I believe they are designed to test your problem-solving skills and your time management skills, along with your knowledge in coding and programming.

• Design a simple tic-tac-toe game.

This round is conducted online and you are given 2 hours to solve the problems and meet all the requirements. Your code must be functionally discernible and must be working properly. And it should also be able to adapt to smaller changes in the design.

CCAT

CCAT stands for Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. This test is used by Trilogy Innovations to test the aptitude of the applicants. In this test, the ability of an applicant to solve problems, think critically, and utilize learned information is measured.

The CCA test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions but only a few people can solve all 50 of them in the given timeline of 15 minutes. In my opinion, to clear this round at Trilogy Innovations, you need to get a score above 40 out of 50 on this online test to create a positive impact.

Resume Round

I sincerely believe that an impressive resume lays the foundation of success. As the name suggests, the primary point of focus in this round is your resume and how you present yourself. The interviewer will ask you in-depth questions about the things you have mentioned in your resume.

Some questions asked in the resume round are as follows:

• Tell me about [one of your projects mentioned in your resume].
• What role did you play in the project?
• What database did you use for it?
• Why did you choose this particular database for the project?
• Why did you not choose [some alternative database]?
• Can you prove [a skill you mentioned in your resume] with the help of one of your projects?

This round takes place over a phone call, and if you are selected, you will get a mail about the next round on the same day.

DSA Round

DSA stands for Data Structures and Algorithms. Here you are asked both theoretical and practical questions relating to data structures and algorithms. The questions asked in the Data Structures and Algorithm round are as follows:

• In one move, you can eliminate as many as a[i] so that a[i] < a[i – 1] for all i > =0 and i <n, in a given array ‘a’. Find the minimum number of moves required to make the array non-decreasing.
• Why do we create data structures?
• Describe the types of data structures.
• Explain queue data structure.
• What is stack data structure?
• What is an array structure?
• Given an array ‘a’, return its cumulative sum.
• Find the merged sorted array ‘c’ by merging two sorted arrays ‘a’ and ‘b.’
• Remove the key from the tree and return the root node from the given root node of a binary search tree and a key.
• Find all the unique combinations of integers from a distinct array of integers ‘a’ where their sum is equal to the target value ‘val.’

The questions asked in this round have numbers and characters mixed up as codes, so you need to ask the interviewer to repeat the question to get the correct information. And you also need to recheck your answers before submitting them to avoid any silly mistakes. 

This round takes place over a Zoom call. Therefore, I suggest that you present yourself professionally.

Managerial Round

The next and last round in the interview process of Trilogy Innovations is similar to that of Dunzo interview questions. It is the managerial round. In this round, your attitude towards your work is assessed. The questions asked in the managerial rounds are as follows:

• What is your most significant achievement?
• What are your weaknesses?
