How to pay your Metro PCS bill over the phone
Metro PCS has customers all over the United States, and it’s important to be able to pay your Metro PCS bill from wherever you are. Luckily, paying your Metro PCS bill is easy! You can do it over the phone or online from your computer or mobile device. Here’s your Metro PCS pay bill over the phone if you prefer that method.
Steps before paying
You can go online, download our official app or log in through our 24/7 self-service portal. You can also visit one of our locations to settle your balance. Our associates will help you by either calling our business center or swiping your credit card right there on location! If you’re not satisfied with a product and want to return it, we recommend that you contact us via chat or email first so we can answer any questions you may have about your purchase. We are here for all of your needs, but especially if you want to be able to speak with an associate directly!
Choosing a payment method
If you want to make your payments over the phone, you’ll need a credit card and call in using our automated system. Simply select Payment Methods from within any of our automated prompts on our live, automated system. If you don’t have a credit card, but do have another method of payment (debit or bank account), then please choose that option instead of choosing a Credit Card. Then, choose to Charge my Debit/Bank Account. Just follow all of those simple steps, and we will take care of processing your request promptly and accurately!
Payment instructions
When you call MetroPCS at 877-790-7066, they will ask for some account information. The first thing they’ll ask for is your Metro Account Number. This is a number that looks something like 123456789123. The second thing they’ll want is your zip code, which can be found on your utility bill or on notice from them in your mailbox. Once you tell them what services you are paying for and how much, payment can be made by credit card or direct bank draft from checking or savings accounts.
After payment, confirmation
Be patient after you’ve paid a bill. Remember that it can take several days for banks and other financial institutions to confirm payment. If you haven’t received confirmation from us within three business days, please contact us so we can look into what happened with your payment. We may also need some additional information about where you tried to make your payment.
What to do if you encounter problems
If you have issues paying your bill online or through the mail, there are a few things you can do. First, try changing browsers (or computers) and trying again. If that doesn’t work, give us a call at 830-282-7810. A representative should be able to assist you with any issues.
