Step 2: Restart the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) and Windows Event Log service

- Firstly, open Administrative Tools from Control Panel. Open Control Panel, type administrative tools in the search box, and then click Administrative Tools.
- Secondly, double-click Services.
