Coconut Oil — The Comeback Kid
This may be the biggest comeback story in history.
They descended, were dragged through the soil, and were marked with a scientific version of the red letters. And now it’s a superfood with the humble coconut, even the healing attributes having a reputation back.
Where did It start?
It all started with saturated fats. Enriched with Coconut Oil (90% to be exact). High levels of fat are the basis of the blacklisting of bodyguards such as the US Food and Drug Administration and the World Health Organization. They are blacklisted. These groups have been warning against overdosing on coconut oil for over 40 years because it is high in saturated fat and the link between saturated fat and heart disease.
This link is well researched and well-validated, but the release process is thriving.
There are two ways to extract coconut oil from meat or “coconut meat”: wet process and dry process.
Drywall Method
According to Wikipedia, in dry processing (most commonly used), the meat is removed from the shell and dried by sunlight, fire, or an oven. The dried meat (called coconut pulp) is then processed to produce a rotary mill or oil. This process generates a lot of heat. Then, in the first stage of copper preparation, the oil is processed with high heat to sanitize and clean it due to unsanitary conditions (coconut meat in the sun on third world highways). Imagine it dries inside.) and you will get a picture).
The result of all the high temperatures applied to the oil during the dry process is a change in the oil’s molecular structure. It’s fortified and the FDA and WHO should ban the use of hydrogenated oils due to heart disease and other conditions.
The problem is that while studying coconut oil I learned about this type of butter, which is a hydrogenated type, so I threw my baby in the bath water. But now the baby is back!
Smoke Process
Now you can see how coconut oil rises from the ashes.
The humidification process does not generate heat. Therefore, the oil produced in this way is called “toxic” because the oil does not change and does not decompose. In this form, it retains all the nutritional and healing properties.
The wet process uses raw coconut instead of dried copper. The oil is usually gently pressed by a screw-type or hydraulic piston to remove water and oil emulsions. The emulsion is left to stand until the oil separates upward, the oil is removed and the bottle is placed.
Note that there are also wet industrial processes that use long boiling to separate the oil from the water, but this decomposes the oil by heat like a dry process to produce a low hydrogenation product. Virgin coconut oil can be extracted without the use of heat using the “cold pressing” process described above.
After separating the hydrogenated and non-hydrogenated forms of coconut oil, let’s take a look at some of the unique features of this wonderful superfood.
The generation of Pacific Islanders must not be wrong
According to the Coconut Research Center, people in Southeast Asia respect coconuts so much that they call them the “tree of life” and consider their oil a “cure to all diseases.” This is no small claim.
Traditional medicine is used in areas with fresh raw coconut fruit used in regular treatments such as bronchitis, burning sensation, colds, constipation, dysentery, fever, flu, menstrual problems, sheep, and feeding. For the treatment of wounds, tumors, cuts, and wounds.
Ababgard’s list may seem a little impossible, but here’s another list of the medicinal components of coconut oil that are currently appearing in modern medicine.
• Antioxidants
• for mushrooms
• Antibacterial agent
• Kill internal parasites such as tapeworms and guardians
• Energy and Endurance
•Improves insulin resistance
• Improves absorption of calcium and magnesium
• Improves digestion
• Treatment and repair of body tissues
• Prevents some malignant tumors
• Improves cardiovascular function and health
•Dissolving kidney stones
• Supports thyroid function
• Prevent obesity
• Reduces symptoms of psoriasis and eczema
There are so many types that it’s hard to tell.
What are you looking for?
When looking for coconut oil, make sure it’s “cold-pressed,” “hot,” or both. Remember that heat destroys the healing properties of fats. Also, look for an “organic” label to ensure that no fertilizers or pesticides are used in the woodwork.
