’13 Reasons Why’ season 4: A terribly executed virtue signal

While the YA novel was far from perfect, Jay Asher’s Thirteen Reasons Why tried to have an honest conversation about bullying, suicide, sexual assault, and slut-shaming long before these topic were commonly discussed. Then Netflix decided to take a nice big dump on the novel by extending it into teen torture porn.
