It’s Time To Admit That Hybrid Is Not Working
I’m curious. I was tagged on an article from the The Australian Financial Review last week titled, “It’s time to admit that hybrid is not working.” My question is – is it?
The very well respected contributor makes the point that productivity initially rose when we all began working from home but that it’s going down now.
I can very well see that, but my question is that the hypothesis is that the productivity loss is a result of people working from home. My hypothesis is that it might be because we are all exhausted and mentally fried from living through a global pandemic for the last 2 years.
I’d love your thoughts. And here is the article to which I’m referring.
