Powerful Camera Workshop at AAFT School of Cinema
Noida: The AAFT School of Cinema recently hosted an intensive workshop on film photography, underscoring the adventurous and ever-expanding nature of this art form. The workshop emphasized the importance of understanding the complete aesthetics of filmmaking and the creative use of cameras, beyond mere operational knowledge.
“Film photography is an adventure, a journey into the unknown. The more you know, the more you want to learn. At AAFT, we aim to go beyond camera operations; we want students to grasp the entire aesthetic of filmmaking and employ the most creative use of the camera. Our students have excelled in news, current affairs, television, and cinema fictional programs. I frequently receive messages from the industry praising their sincere efforts and caliber in enhancing the quality of any visual media program,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of AAFT.
The workshop featured sessions on the Red Camera, conducted by industry experts Mukesh Shukla, Ketakee Arun Desai, and Raj Peddiniti from Mumbai. The sessions invigorated students, filling them with enthusiasm and a renewed energy. The two-day workshop culminated with Dr. Sandeep Marwah presenting life memberships of the International Film and Television Club of AAFT to the esteemed dignitaries, acknowledging their contributions and expertise.
