Beaded Gemstone Bracelets
Beaded gemstone bracelets are a great way to express your spiritual side and carry healing crystals with you all the time. They’re also easy to make, especially if you use elastic cord rather than wire. If you’re new to creating jewelry, consider using pliers instead of your hands to twist and tuck wire. These tools are safer and much easier on your hands.
The smooth and calming stones in these bracelets not only feel wonderful on your wrist but they also have potent meanings that empower the wearer. For example, Red Jasper is known for boosting courage and power while Lapis Lazuli promotes self-awareness and truth.
These beaded bracelets use a simple yet gorgeous design that looks beautiful on any wrist. Start by folding a piece of tape over the end of your elastic beading cord (optional but helps prevent beads from sliding off). Next, slide six gemstone beads and a Tree of Life charm onto the cord. Then, fold the tape back over the cord and stitch through it a few threads down from the bead to create a nice decorative picot.
For this elegant bracelet, we used a curated mix of 8mm and 6mm Lapis Lazuli rondelle gemstone beads with silver tone textured jump rings that are available on closeout while supplies last. It was strung on Extreme Flex 925 Sterling Silver beading wire, crimped with 2x2mm sterling silver crimp tubes and finished with a small sterling silver hammered toggle clasp.
