ICCA’s History and Mission

ICCA was established at the height of the Cold War with the vision of fostering cooperation between countries and encouraging the use of arbitration to resolve disputes across borders. ICCA Congress:

 

The ICCA Global Congress is one of the organization’s flagship events, held every two years. This prestigious gathering brings together the world’s leading arbitration professionals, legal scholars, and policymakers to discuss and debate the latest developments in international arbitration. The ICCA Congress is renowned for its thought-provoking sessions and serves as a catalyst for shaping the future of international arbitration.

 

ICCA Reports and Publications:
