Radio signals are a weak electric current when they are originated especially from an input system like walkie-talkie or radio station system. The single is unable to be transmitted through the air. These weak signals cannot be transmitted or broadcasted through an antenna, and they need to be amplified into a strong signal to make them travel long distances while maintaining the required strength so that they can be clearly received at another end.

Low Noise Amplifier
Low Noise Amplifier or LNA is one of the most vital parts of communication because it significantly lowers the Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) to ensure that no important information is lost. Noise is added to the signal on the way and corrupts an already weak signal it can degrade SNR by up to fifty percent which degrades receiving the clearest information at the receiving end which had very low strength at the input. LNA is designed to be closest to the receiving device ensuring the minimum loss because of interference.

SSPA or Solid State Power Amplifier typically uses field-effect transistors to amplify the signal at Gigahertz frequencies. These are used for sensitive applications like Missile and Airborne along with other common uses in Telecommunications where Microwave Amplifiers can also be used.
