11th Edition of International Documentary Film Festival Announced
Noida: The 11th edition of the Documentary Film Festival Noida (IDFFN) has announced its last date for accepting film submissions from across the world. The festival, which has become one of the most popular documentary film festivals in India, will accept films in three categories – up to 15 minutes, up to 30 minutes, and up to 60 minutes – until June 30, 2023.
The announcement was made by Festival President Dr. Sandeep Marwah during a board meeting held at the International Headquarters of the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) at Noida Film City.
Speaking about the importance of documentaries, Marwah emphasized that they play a crucial role in educating and informing people about various social issues and events happening around the world. He also underlined the need for documentary filmmakers to maintain authenticity and credibility in their work.
The IDFF has been a platform for showcasing some of the most thought-provoking and impactful documentaries from around the world, and this year’s festival promises to continue that tradition. Filmmakers from all over the world are invited to submit their work and be a part of this prestigious event. Sushil Bharti has been nominated as the Festival Director of IDFFN.
