ALL ABOUT OLYMPIA 2022
Everyone knows olympia is the biggest stage for any bodybuilder who wants to showcase his/her body. But this isn’t easy tho , you have to be very good in your own category. If you wanna know how you can compete in mr. olympia show here is the procedure.
- You have to win a local or state show to play in the nationals.
- Then you have to win the national show to get a pro card.
- You must have to win a pro show after getting a pro card. After winning a pro show you are eligible to compete in Mr. Olympia.
Every Mr. Olympia show is interesting but the shows between the 1990s and 2000s were amazing . The competition were so high at that time that every athlete in top 10 could be a new Mr. Olympia. But after 2016 the competition was at its weakest phase. The conditioning of athletes was poor, the posing was not good and competition was so low that even brendon curry won olympia at a time.
But not in the case of the 2022 olympia , The 2022 olympia is much more competitive than the last 5-6 years. There are 36 athletes in the open category who are hungry for the title. There are only a couple of days left in the show, every athlete cuts down gym supplements these days and starts depleting their body for more and more and conditioning to show on stage.
But it’s not easy to snatch the title from the big ramy, he is bigger and better this year. But let’s see what will happen at the show night.
